Based on a unified QR code structure, all pertinent patient data is read directly from information coming from the existing clinical information system. Doctors simply add the procedure specific details either surgical or conservative while patients fill the standard Tegner, Lysholm & IKDC data forms. Data is sent directly to any user defined entity and is immediately available for further processing. The app covers primary as well as revision procedures with the output being fully compatible with the Swiss ACL registry.
